Content of the affidavit
Important: For affidavits to be submitted to foreign bodies, the notary cannot prepare a draft – which text is accepted there is governed by the foreign law. Please provide the final text accepted by the foreign body; the notary will then certify your signature under that text.
For use abroad, the certification of your signature often additionally requires an apostille or legalisation – we will gladly clarify with you whether this is necessary in your case.
